Executive Director, Fair Food Standards Council

Mike Rios is the Executive Director of the Fair Food Standards Council, which has the responsibility of implementing, monitoring, and enforcing the Fair Food Program, a unique initiative that affirms the human rights of agricultural workers and improves the conditions under which they labor. Mike is a 27-year veteran of the US Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division, where he served as the S.E. Regional Enforcement Coordinator for Agricultural Investigations.
