Mary Hugee

Mary Hugee is a Senior Vice President at Citigroup, serving as the Client Experience Head for Commercial Cards Operations. In her role, she has overall responsibility and accountability for Client Service Strategy, Digital Readiness and Client Experience for Latin America. Prior to joining Citigroup, Mary served in several different capacities at JP Morgan, including Retail and Treasury Services and as a board member of the Adelante Business Resource Group, which focuses on the development and support of Hispanic talent within the organization. As a first-generation immigrant, Mary is passionate about creating, promoting, and supporting equality opportunities in health, finance and education for all minorities.
