Leo Dosoretz

Leo Dosoretz is Legal Counsel for Mercury Public Affairs in Tampa, where he advises the firm on business transactions, regulatory compliance, growth projects, and general legal issues. Previously, Leo worked at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP in Tampa. There, his practice included mergers and acquisitions, finance, securities, and commercial transactions. Leo was born and raised in Boston and his parents are from Buenos Aires, Argentina. He attended the University of Michigan for his undergraduate degree (BA) and completed a dual degree in law and entertainment business (JD/MM) at the University of Miami in Coral Gables. He also serves on the Board of the Tampa Bay Latin Chamber of Commerce and the Alumni Committee of Tampa Connection.
